BUOYS

Description

‘BUOYS’ is an exploration of improvised living spaces, a needs-based form of repurposing everyday objects. The three objects pay homage to the wardrobe chair and its misappropriation. They offer creative solutions for objects without a fixed place and deal with the disorganisation of everyday life in a humorous and charming way. The furniture series emphasises the need for an individual system of organisation in which the objects stored remain visible. A reorganisation takes place that creates space for objects that move between them and promotes the fun of appropriating living space.
